Position Summary:
Provide consultation to Hospitals senior leadership and all levels of functional management on all aspects of project management including: process mapping and redesign, process improvement, data collection, measurement, policies, practices and training. No patient care assignment.

Detailed responsibilities:
* PLANNING - Provide definition and oversight for strategic initiatives with a focus on process improvement and implementation of the enterprise strategic plan
* PLANNING - Facilitate the business planning process to validate strategic goals, identify and scope large scale initiatives and manage dependencies between multiple projects
* PLANNING - Consider, review and develop potential strategic initiatives using process improvement protocols to make recommendations on the feasibility, viability and implementation risk of strategic initiatives
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Act as owner for assigned initiatives and create an environment for project completion and success
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Provide project management support to multiple large scale projects
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Consult with supervisor, team members, clinical and business managers and senior management to address causes of project issues including: providing guidance for problem resolution, process improvement, project team issues, resource requirements, project risk assessment and mitigation and removal of barriers to successful project completion
* ANALYSIS - Manipulate and derive meaning from data and apply data-driven analysis to create solutions to operational challenges
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Track large scale projects against major milestones and adjust project progress as needed
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Assemble project teams, document and track progress. Provide guidance on project progress and completion
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders on key project objectives to develop buy-in and realize benefits
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Identify and develop contingency plans to mitigate and address risks
* PROJECTS - Provide consultation to Professional Services Administration department leadership on all aspects of project management including: process mapping and redesign, process improvement, data collection, measurement, policies, practices and training

Experience:

3 years directly related experience Lead teams/individuals executing and managing change, Process Improvement, Management of multiple and changing priorities, Achievement of goals and objectives in a productive work environment Project management principles and tools (PDSA, Six SIGMA, DMAIC, etc)

Nonessential:
Project management, executive presentations, data analysis, insight development, change management, facilitation, problem solving and coaching VISIO, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project Oral and written communication

Physical Conditions:
